Designed with flashing xenon lamp source, long life and stable illumination, the wavelength ranges from 190 nm to 1000 nm and offers 0 to 15.0 OD measurement range. It has single wavelength, dual wavelength and full wavelength detection functions and microplate oscillating mixing function. It offers quantitative or qualitative detection, a variety of calculation methods: absorbance mode, Cut-off qualitative calculation, linear regression, exponential regression and logistic regression. It is used for G protein coupled receptor detection and for protein quantitative analysis, support UV absorption, Bradford, Lowry and other methods. The special light absorption detection board can be used for calibration and calibration of the equipment also used in powerful data analysis software, microplate analysis and workstation.
