Water Activity Meter with Sensor LWAM-A10 is a single-point measurement unit with 0 to 0.980 aw of water activity (no condensing) measuring range and ± 0.015 aw measurement accuracy. The temperature range is from 0 to 50°C and offers ± 0.5°C measurement accuracy. Designed with high brightness LCD display and high precision sensor. To measure water activity of food items, and to study, the reaction of food stability and the possibility of microbial proliferation, and changes in food quality to measure the ability of microorganisms to endure dryness.

Water Activity Meter with sensor is used to reflect the amount of free water in food under balance state, the stability of food and the possibility of microbial reproduction in food, changes in chemical, enzyme and physical state that can cause the change of food quality. Also used to limit preservatives, to determine the food, grain, fruit and vegetable shelf life.
