Milk Fat Analyzer LAMA-B10 based on Soxhlet extraction principle, determines fat and SNF (Solids Non Fat) content in milk by (gravimetric) weight method. Integrated with processes such as soaking, extraction, leaching, heating, condensation and solvent recovery by means of alkali solvent and oil chromatographic fat separation. Batch handling sample volume and automated fat extraction method ensures safe and effective sample handling.
